Krasnodar, 1 August – Yug Times. Experts note an increase in demand for high-budget property in Sochi. 

The segment of apart-hotels and business, premium and elite class hotels shows the most stable demand in the conditions of market changes and cancellation of preferential mortgages, as reported by the press service of the Neometria federal developer. 

According to the company's analysts, based on research from the Macon agency, the structure of consumer demand has changed in the first half of 2024, with positive dynamics in the high-budget segment. In addition, there are changes in the structure of transactions and in classes among resort properties. 

In 2023, residential segment customers favoured comfort class (78%), followed by business and premium classes (21%) and elite class (1%). In the first half of 2024, 95% of the customers chose comfort class; the share of business and premium was 5%.
