Krasnodar, 18 July – Yug Times. Experts have prepared technical specifications for the master plan of comprehensive development of the area.
The new development concept envisages a balance of economic and environmental interests, the use of the clustering principle with the identification of priority growth points, and preservation of the area's uniqueness and traditions of local residents.
Among the main tasks of comprehensive development is the reconstruction of engineering infrastructure of Lazarevsky District. In addition, local experts proposed to focus on maximising the development of public recreational spaces and park areas. The technical specifications for the development of Lazarevsky District Masterplan will be addressed at the next meeting of the City Council.
