Krasnodar, 30 August – Yug Times. In the Kuban region, the staff shortage was reduced by 23,000 persons thankful to the national project "Labour Productivity,” reported Minister of Economy of the Krasnodar Region Aleksei Yurtaev.
“The companies in the region need qualified employees. Today the shortage is more than 85,000 specialists. These are mainly construction, manufacturing and agriculture spheres. “The implementation of the national project will reduce the staff shortage by 130,000 persons by the end of 2024. If the national project is extended, the effect will cover approximately 13 per cent of the national personnel shortage," said Aleksandr Molodtsov, Director of the Department of Labour Productivity, Protection and Encouragement of Capital Investments of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia
