Krasnodar, 29 March. On Sunday, April 2, the 2023 election cycle starts in the Krasnodar Territory.
It will begin with elections in small settlements in the region.
This year in the Kuban elections will be voluminous. There will be 40 election campaigns. On April 2, early and additional voting will be held in nine municipalities of the region. By-elections of deputies of the village council will be held in Poltava, Temryuk, Mir and Pavlovsky rural settlements. Early elections of heads will be held in the Girey urban settlement, Pushkinsky, Vasyurinsky, Vozdvizhensky, Peschanoy, Atamansky, Eyskoukreplensky rural settlements.
Last week, Krasnodar hosted a meeting of the Public Headquarters for Monitoring the Exercise of Citizens’ Electoral Rights. Members of the headquarters determined the procedure for organizing observation during the voting on April 2. Only observers who have received referrals from the Public Chamber of Kuban will work at the polling stations.
Recall that the council of the regional OP at the beginning of this year approved the provision that the Public Headquarters will work on a permanent basis.
