Krasnodar, 9 December. For two years, the Regional Management Center has processed more than 400,000 complaints from residents of the region.
The results of the activities of the regional SDG were discussed at the regional planning meeting, which was held by Governor Veniamin Kondratiev.
The head of the SDG, Yuriy Shevchenko, told the meeting participants about the risks that were recorded in November.
Yuriy Shevchenko said: “Over the past month, almost 11,000 messages have been received on the feedback platform “State services. We decide together,” of which more than six thousand concern electronic appointments with a doctor due to the closure of the kuban-online.ru portal and the transition of the “appointment to a doctor” service on public services. Residents also asked questions about payments for children and the condition of roads”.
More than 7.8 thousand messages were recorded through the Incident Management system - 19% more than in October. Most of the questions were from residents of Goryachiy Klyuch, Anapa, Sochi, Novorossiysk and Krymsky district.
