It means that new zoos, dophinaria and oceanaria may appear in Krasnodar krai whose activity will comply with all requirements of supervisory agencies, the press service of the Southern Interregional Directorate of the Federal Service announced.
The announcement stated that lifetime licenses have been given to the Wild Parks in Novorossiysk and Sochi, the dophinaria in Anapa and Gelendzhik, and the Sochi Oceanarium.
The federal experts noted that the license had been issued only if the potential licensee had all conditions needed to comply with animal housing requirements and their use for cultural and amusement purposes.
