Krasnodar, 20 October. Over 170 km of regional roads will be built and reconstructed in the next five years.
Two bypass roads will be completed in the Territory’s municipalities: in Timashevsk and Leningradskaya Stanitsa. The Timashevsk bypass is scheduled to be completed by 2023.
“We are doing these projects at the request of residents and the timing of their implementation is under special control,” Governor Veniamin Kondratyev commented.
The figure also includes plans to repair the street and road network of local roads - annually under the national project in the boundaries of agglomerations, will be brought in order more than 70 km of roads from 2015 in cities and disticts, with almost 2.5 thousand km of street and road network repaired.
In order to boost construction, the regional road fund has been more than doubled. This year it amounts to 33.3 billion rubles.
It was also decided to increase annual financing of road works in municipalities. If in 2015 the regions received 2 billion rubles of subsidies for their repair and maintenance, in 2020 - 8.3 billion rubles.
