The five-star hotel is located in the very heart of the city, on Krasnaya street, near the main city square. Krasnodar Territory’s minister for Resorts, Tourism and Olympic Heritage, Svetlana Balaeva, the city mayor Evgenyi Pervyshov, the president of the city Duma Vera Galushko,and general director of “Evropeya” Housing co.Rizvan Isaev (the main investor of the project) took part in the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The hotel is housed in a 21-floor building. It has 266 between rooms and apartments, 7 conference halls and a congress hall, a bar, a restaurant, a fitness center, a swimming pool and different recreational rooms (a coffee room, a steam room, a spa, etc.). A particular feature of this hotel is the 70 meters-long atrium with glass-sided elevators.
As said Darya Kucheriavaya, Mariott Krasnodar General Manager, for the first months since the hotel opening, there are already more than 50 events of different scale planned to go down there.
