Krasnodar, 12 September – Yug Times. This task has been given by Veniamin Kondratiev at the reunion for the provision of the abitative units of the Territory with social structures. The Governor remarked that from 2015 onwards, in the region 36 schools have been built, 10 of which are being inaugurated at the beginning of the present scolar year..
– All of the lots destined for schools have to be considered in the general planning scheme, so as in all the regulations concerning land use and construction. And, if there is indicated that the space is established for a school, no other building shall be constructed in its place. To the end of the year, there has to be such program in each municipality – emphasized the Governor. Moreover, the theme of the need for new kindergartens has also come out during the reunion. Waiting lists to enter pre-school establishments exist in Sochi, Novorossyisk, Anapaand the Dinskoy district. As referred by Anna Minkova, in total, beginning from 2015, 94 kindergartens have been built in the Territory, following three state programs, including 48 annexes.
With that, only five districts have no need for supplementary kindergarten places: Kanevskyi, Leningradskyi, Novopokrovskyi, Starominskyi, Scherbinovskyi.
