Krasnodar, 14 November – Yug Times. Representatives of government, business and academic circles have reportedly discussed the ways of improving the investment appeal of Adyghea. The business conversation was held in the form of a roundtable. The main speaker of the discussion was Natalia Zubarevich, professor of the department of Russia’s economic and social geography, Moscow State University.
“From the viewpoint of industry and agricultural complex, Adyghea successfully overcame the crisis of 2016,” Prof. Zubarevich stated. “What is more, the region showed a serious growth of the gross regional product. We can see an important positive trend in Adyghea, unlike many other regions: after the crisis, the regional economy has been growing steadily.”
She also noted that the neighbourhood between Adyghea and Kuban gives the former a number of advantages reflected in rather high statistical figures.
