Krasnodar, 13 October – Yug Times. Krasnodar has reportedly played host to a conference devoted to the problems of yacht tourism and development of yachting sports in the region.
The conference was chaired by the regional Minister for Resorts, Tourism and Olympic Heritage Khristofor Konstantinidi and attended by yachting sport executives, federal and municipal officials and representatives of the sport industry.
The participants of the conference monitored the existing marine tourism infrastructure of the region’s Black Sea coast. Commenting on the issue, Mr. Konstantinidi said, “Our task is to provide for the really working conditions for the development of yachting tourism in Kuban, lead this kind of tourism to the world level, and improve the region’s resort infrastructure making sure not to do any harm to it.”
