The agenda included two roundtables as a discussion ground for regional officials, foreign guests and tourist industry.
Their participants discussed possible ways of lightening of the visa regime, opportunities for student exchanges, and ways to improve the cooperation in tourism sector.
“Our Government traditionally pays huge attention to the development of the travel industry,” said Mr. Georgios Kasulidis, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cyprus in Russia. “It’s our country’s main economic driver.”
