Krasnodar, 20 February – Yug Times. In 2025, special-purpose state support will be provided to more than 310 young families in the Krasnodar region to improve their housing conditions. Governor Veniamin Kondratiev explained that this social payment is provided under the regional state programme “Development of Housing and Communal Services.” The funds can be used to purchase a flat or a house, make a downpayment or repay a mortgage loan.
Mr. Kondratiev emphasised that securing adequate housing is of great importance for young families. To support them, the federal, regional, and local budgets have allocated a total of over 850 million roubles for the year 2025. Additionally, 313 families will receive social payments. The Krasnodar region has already provided financial assistance to over 6,000 young spouses from all municipalities through this programme. Veniamin Kondratiev highlighted the significance of this initiative.
The social payment under the project “Provision of state support to young families in providing them with housing” can be received by families that are recognised as being in need of housing, provided that the age of each spouse does not exceed 35 years. The amount of payments depends on the number of family members, and the place of residence.
