Krasnodar, 21 August – Yug Times. The supply on the primary luxury property market in Sochi has grown by 22% over half a year. 

The positive dynamics was caused by the start of sales of the second block of one of premium properties. The new offer managed to compensate for the volume that abandoned the market last year, thanks to which the total number of apartments has almost returned to the level of June 2023 (410 lots), states the research of NF Group consulting company. The total number of premium class lots increased by 29% over the half-year and amounted to 300 apartments. In the deluxe class, a small reserve of apartments in one of the ongoing projects was brought to the market, so almost 100 lots were available there (+4% over the half-year). 

"The premium class now forms 75% of the supply of the primary market of elite residential property in Sochi – this is the maximum share for the last 2.5 years (+11% compared to the first quarter of 2024). The deluxe class accounted for only a quarter of all exhibited lots,” NF Group analysts explained.
