Krasnodar, 1 August – Yug Times. Thirty-five new passenger lifts will reportedly be installed in blocks of flats in Adyghea this year.
Each lift will cost 2.5 million roubles - this is the cost of the new equipment and installation.
The works will be carried out within the framework of the programme of capital repair of apartment houses.
It should be noted that the amount of a monthly fee for capital repair paid by tenants of apartment houses depends on availability of a lift in the house.
Currently, tenants pay a minimum of 10 roubles per square metre of their floor space, which is about 1.5 roubles more than in blocks without a lift.
“The lift cage will be comfortable and made of more durable materials. It will be equipped according to all requirements: with handrails, a mirror, voice messaging, and Braille script on the buttons.
The load capacity will also increase up to 400 kilograms, or five persons,” said Beslan Ivanov, Acting Director of the Adyghean Republican Fund for Capital Repair of Common Property in Apartment Buildings.
