Krasnodar, 28 June – Yug Times. The Krasnodar region ranked eighth nationwide in terms of the average price of private homes, excluding the elite segment.
In the region, the average price of a detached house is 11.3 million roubles. Over the past six months this indicator decreased by 1.1%, reported analysts of the federal portal "World of Apartaments." The most expensive houses are to be found in Moscow city (30.4 million roubles), St. Petersburg (22.99 million roubles) and Moscow region (19.4 million roubles). The average cost of such properties in Russia reaches 7.2 million roubles.
"In the second half of the year we expect that interest to detached houses will rise. In the primary flat market, the programme of soft 8% mortgages is closing, and part of the demand will inevitably move to this market. This is because a house is much cheaper per square metre. On the whole, the price per square metre in a house is 61,900 roubles, while un a newly-built flat it is 132,900 roubles (a difference of 53%)," predicts Pavel Lutsenko, General Director of the federal portal "World of Apartments".
