Krasnodar, 8 May – Yug Times. More than 20 steppe beaches and water recreation areas will open in the Krasnodar region's municipalities this summer.
Among them are 16 landscaped steppe beaches where one can swim, as well as seven water recreation zones in Kurganinsk, Krasnoarmeisky, Seversky, Tbilissky and Beloglinsky districts.
Other similar zones should appear in the region, for which it is necessary to take measures to determine the land plots and put them on the state cadastral registration, to clear off, improve and landscape the territory and hook up the utilities.
Currently, such work is being carried out in eight districts, and all activities are to be completed in 2024-2026. In Labinsky district, a public area near the Laba River has already been landscaped. In Vyselki district, one water recreation zone was created and another ten projects were initiated. In Timashevsky district, the two existing beaches will be supplemented with five waterside zones. In Korenovsk district, three beaches are being equipped at a time.
