Krasnodar, 4 July – Yug Times. Sixty-three long-delayed construction projects await completion in the Krasnodar region.
Last week, their completion was discussed at a meeting devoted to protecting the rights of hoodwinked residence co-investors.
Lately, the number of unfinished construction sites has dropped from 85 at the beginning of the year down to 63. At the same time, over 6,500 persons are still waiting for their flats. Most of the problematic sites are located in Krasnodar – forty. The attendees of the meeting discussed in detail the state of the biggest problematic facilities in Krasnodar. For instance, about 250 workers are currently involved in the construction of the second building of the Multiplex Kino Residential Complex. The constructor plans to increase the number of the workers to 500 to complete the project by the end of this year. Another example of hard work is the ‘Heart of the Capital’ Residential Complex, which is also to be completed by the end of 2023. Shareholders of the Svoboda Housing Estate receive their keys by September 1.
In the Clarisse Residential Complex, building four will soon be ready – this year, the developing company have proceeded to preparatory works. In addition to Krasnodar, long-delayed construction sites can be found in Sochi, Novorossiysk, Gelendzhik, Goriachy Kluch, Temriuk and Kanevsky Rayons.
