Krasnodar, 20 June – Yug Times. An investor will reconstruct a hotel complex in the capital of Adyghea. The relevant agreement was signed on the margins of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2023 by the Head of Adyghea Murat Kumpilov, and AVA Group President Vagan Harutyunyan.
The new project will be part of the Russian hotel operator LeePrime Group’s network (part of AVA Group). It will be called LeePrime Business Hotel Maykop. According to the investor, the new hotel in Maikop will have 162 rooms furnished with service infrastructure, a business and media centres with high-tech equipment for events of any level and format, a spa and a wellness complex with exclusive programmes, a fitness centre and a restaurant offering national and European cuisine.
“Adyghea is famous for its mild climate and leading positions in the rating of Russia’s most environmentally-friendly regions. We forecast a flow of about 58,000 tourists a year,” noted Sergei Lee, Managing Partner of LeePrime Group.
