For existing sanatorium and resort organizations, their conversion into a hotel or apartments is prohibited” In addition, the hotel service object can no longer be placed on the entire area of the land plot owned by the copyright holder. The developer will need to leave a sufficient area for the park area, free from development.
The changes approved by the deputies of Sochi mainly introduce more stringent requirements for the design of hotels in comparison with the existing limiting parameters.
