Krasnodar, 16 November. Last week, the new Krasnodar City Mayor, Yevgeni Naumov held the first operational meeting after his appointment.
He called implementation of the city budget on revenues and expenses as one of the most important tasks.
“I know well most of the city team, for I have been working with you for many years. I hope you understand the tasks that we are facing. We must work proactively, in a well-orchestrated manner and consistently, including as regards collection of revenues and replenishment of the city budget,” Yevgeni Naumov said.
Aleksandr Chulkov, Director of the Department for Finance, reported that 39.7 billion roubles have been collected to the city budget since the beginning of the year, including about 21 billion roubles as local revenues; the yearly plan has been fulfilled by more than 90%. The new mayor also drew attention to the delayed development of the project of an animal shelter. He instructed the Department of Municipal Services and Fuel and Energy Complex to describe the process in detail. “We have been planning a small non-hi-tech facility for two years. Why? Due to the unjust designer or anything else?” asked the mayor.
