Krasnodar, 6 October. The Regional Control Centre has announced that in September they received over 9,600 complaints and appeals sent by Kuban inhabitants.
According to Centre Director Yuri Shevchenko, more than 4,400 messages were received in September via the “Governmental Services. Let’s Resolve Together” platform, which was by 25% less than in August. The list of most frequent topic included road repairs, vaccination or treatment for coronavirus, and landscaping of yards and public areas. Over 5,200 messages were recorded by the “Incident Management” system, mainly in Goriachy Kluch, Sochi, Anapa, Gelendzhik, and Krymsk rayon. They mainly concerned the utilities sector – lack of electricity and cold water. Besides, the petitioners complained about the work of public transport, and asked about the progress of construction of schools and kindergartens. The information was immediately forwarded to the local authorities responsible for the solution of respective issues. The Regional Control Centre holds live broadcasts with local chief executives, city mayors and municipal heads on a weekly basis.
