Krasnodar, 9 September. Over 500 construction sites have reportedly been audited in the Tuapse rayon for adherence to urban planning legislation.
Last week, Vice Governors Yevgeni Naumov and Sergei Boldin reviewed the interim results of the work of the interdepartmental commission that has been working in Krasnodar since midsummer.
“Following the results of the field audits, the workgroup made up the list of 519 land plots. They also checked 106 authorizations and approvals for construction of new facilities, of which 59 were proved to have been issued with such violations as lack of parking lots, green zones, social infrastructure, and problems with utilities. The roadmap on elimination of the identified non-compliances is to be approved by September 13,” Yevgeni Naumov said addressing Ilya Pozdniakov, Director of the Department for Architecture and Urban Planning.
