Krasnodar, 10 August. Fifteen schools will additionally undergo upgrading in 2023 under a specialized federal program.
According to the regional administration’s press office, an additional selection for federal subsidies was held in Krasnodar. Fifteen schools have successfully passed the selection process. These were rural schools from Apsheronsk, Dinskoi, Kanevskoi, Kurganinsk, Pavlovsky, Seversky, Tuapse and Yeisk rayons, and two special boarding schools in Platnirovskaya and Besskorbnaya.
At present, the renovation works are underway in 41 schools. The program entitled “Modernization of school-type educational systems” includes capital repairs, purchases of equipment and teaching guides, and advanced training of the teachers to create a comfortable and up-to-date educational environment.
The parents’ public control teams may be monitoring the progress of the works, purchases and supplies. These teams are composed of members of the National Parents’ Association, Russian Schoolchildren’s Movement, and the national competition “Midday Break.
