Krasnodar, 4 August. An eco-friendly technology park is to be launched in Adyghea soon. The news was announced at the meeting chaired over by Russian Vice Prime Minister Viktoria Abramchenko held last week to discuss the progress of the reform of household waste treatment in the Southern Federal District.
Speaking at the meeting, Denis Butsaev, General Director of the “Russian Ecological Operator” Public Non-for-Profit Organization, reported about the investment project on technological park that is being fulfilled in Adyghea. Its investor is EcoCentre LLC, a regional household waste treatment operator. The new facility will include a household waste landfill with a capacity of 3.1 million tons; a waste sorting factory with an automated sorting line with a capacity of 150,000 tons a year; and a waste composting platform with a capacity of 90,000 tons a year. The total investment volume will equal to 950 million roubles.
