Krasnodar, 2 Мay. One hundred and thirty-seven workers of the community and social sphere have reportedly purchased accommodation with the help of a regional subsidy.
The subsidy is granted as part of a new program of social mortgage loans for medical doctors, teachers and social workers.
In 2022, 900 physicians, teachers and social carers will get one million roubles each from the regional budget as the first instalment to repay their mortgage loans. Of the 135 persons who have struck the deal, 84 bought ready flats, and 52 took signed a co-investment contract, the regional administration’s press service announced. One participants of the program used the subsidy to build a detached house.
According to the latest data, the regional Ministry of Fuel and Energy Complex, and Residential and Utilities Services jointly with the Kuban Centre for Government Support of Population and Financial Market Development took the documents from 766 persons. These workers became the first ones on the list of applicants for the subsidy issued by their respective Ministries. Five hundred and eighty-four workers received the subsidy certificates and were given a three-month period to find suitable dwelling.
According to the lists presented by the relevant Ministries, over 3,000 workers have expressed their desire to take part in the program.
