Krasnodar, 17 December. The new general plans of the Kuban cities will include projects to solve the problem with traffic jams.
Authorities of the Territory, hope to obtain the support of the curator of the Southern Federal District, Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin to implement the projects.
- The Krasnodar Territory is the resort of the whole country: up to 75 thousand cars per day enter the area of the region during the summer period. It is inexpedient to talk about the development of our municipalities if we do not provide for transport arteries. We will weigh all the possibilities of the region, also with the support of Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin. - said Governor Veniamin Kondratiev.
According to the press service of the regional administration, since 2015 in the Kuban almost 4 thousand kilometers of roads have been built or repaired. Works have been and are being carried out at present including on the highways leading to the Black Sea coast. In 2022 about 300 kilometers of roads will be built, repaired and rebuilt by the regional road fund.
