Contractors to Accelerate Their Work

Krasnodar, 1 October. Last week, First Vice Governor Andrei Alekseyenko held a meeting dedicated to the fulfilment of regional programmes. 

By now, 27.2 billion roubles out of the 50.7 billion assigned for national projects have been spent in the region (54% of the total sum). “During the last three months of the year, we must take and install all school equipment, complete the improvement of public territories and construction of major social facilities. By December 1, all financial obligations must be fulfilled,” Mr. Alekseyenko said and demanded that the municipal customers should strengthen control over the deadlines of national projects. 

He also stressed that the construction of social facilities remains a key issue. A number of new schools whose construction has been scheduled for 2022, are still lacking construction contracts. According to Svetlana Gerikh, Head of the regional Project Office, this problem is vital for Anapa and Dinskoi rayon. Mr. Alekseyenko instructed that all procedures should be accomplished by the end of this year. “The contractors should work harder, add manpower and start working second shift,” he said.
