Krasnodar, 15 September. In the Kuban, 17 municipalities have not approved yet the short-term plan for housing total renovation. The fact was brought to the attention of Governor Veniamin Kondratiev during the regional assembly. -
Next year 677 high-rise apartment buildings have to be repaired. For this purpose 2.9 billion rubles have been allocated. It is necessary to increase both the pace of the repair works and the number of houses repaired - said Veniamin Kondratiev.
The head of the region said also that it is necessary to hold tenders for the selection of contractors to begin repair works earlier and execute them with due quality.
Furthermore, the assembly meeting raised the question around terminated contracts with the contractors for 31 houseing facilities in Krasnodar, the Yeisky and Kanevsky districts. According to Vice-Governor Alexander Trembitskyi, contracts were terminated due to those contractors’ unscrupulous work. Now these houses are being re-tendered with a completion deadline of the end of the present year.
