Krasnodar, 24 June. Last week, Vice Governor Andrei Alekseyenko held a visit to Anapa to inspect the changes in the local town-planning policy.

City Mayor Vasili Shvets reported about the work that has already been done in the city. The special workgroup inspected 122 properties that were erected with violations of town-planning and land laws and took decisions in the interests of local people, he noted. As a result, 46 properties were excluded from the register; 6 permits for construction of residential blocks, 13 resolutions on granting the status of conditionally authorized use, and 6 permits for deviation from the authorized construction parameters were recalled. As for the facilities that could not be brought into line with law, the Mayor’s Office filed lawsuits requesting to pull down such building. Since the beginning of the year, 70 lawsuits of the kind have been filed. “It is a very important and necessary work. It is important to ensure full access to all illegal constructions,” Mr. Alekseyenko stressed.

Then he visited several unauthorized facilities that were being pulled down by a court decision.

Vice Governor also asked about the construction of social infrastructure in the city and inspected several construction sites.
