Krasnodar, 27 Мау. Last Saturday, the Farewell Bell rang for 86,000 school leavers in Krasnodar krai – 61,000 nine-graders and 25,000 eleven-graders. The ceremony was held in all schools of the region.
In Krasnodar, Vice Governors Andrei Alekseyenko and Anna Minkova took part in the event. Mr. Alekseyenko greeted the leavers of High School No. 69, where his two kids studied, and his daughter Polina graduated from the 9th form.
“The Farewell Bell is not just saying farewell to school – it marks the beginning of adulthood. Whatever road you would choose, whatever way you would have to go, never give up! Remember that Kuban loves you, waits for you and is always glad to see you. Dear graduates, a serious test lies before you – the school-leaving exams. I wish you to show your best results, all knowledge you have received while studying at school,” he said.
Anna Minkova visited the Farewell Bell ceremony held at High School No. 33.
Its students traditionally show best results in the region – they get 100 points for state exams and become winners of various academic competitions.
