Krasnodar, 25 March. The Krasnodar MPs are getting back to the issue of delineation of the marine border of the Kuban region.
Last week, Sergei Usenko, Deputy Chairman of the regional Legislative Assembly, and Chairman of the Committee on Property and Land Relations, held the session devoted to that issue. In particular, what was at issue was partial inclusion of the waters of the Yeisk and Akhtarsk Limans (coastal lakes) – as parts of the Sea of Azov – to the territory of Krasnodar krai.
The session was attended by Sergei Zhilenko, Chairman of the Committee on Local Self Governing, regional executives, and heads of municipalities. In his speech, Aleksandr Simonyan, Head of the Town Planning Department of the Architectural Construction Centre, presented a delineation project. Then professional experts gave their explanations to the issue. As a result, a number of disputable moments were excluded from the text.
In his turn, Mr. Zhilenko raised the problem of financial coverage of the work on delineation of the boundaries of municipalities.
