Krasnodar, 26 January. Large-scale upgrading of the water supply and wastewater disposal systems has reportedly begun in Krasnodar region.
In Novorossiysk, the reconstruction of the water pump station “Verbovaya Balka” has finished. The sta- tion that supplies water to more than 7,000 dwellers of the city was built over forty years ago, and it long ago ran its course. The reconstruction was performed in the framework of the regional governmental program “Development of the housing and utility complex.”
The specialists replaced the equipment and the pipelines, and built the control centre. Now the station’s capacity grew from 200 up to 900 cubic metres an hour.
In Belorechensk rayon, the assembling of a new water treatment station will begin next March. The Yuzhny water intake facility in Rodniki Village will be reconstructed in the framework of the regional program “Potable water quality” of the national project “Ecology.”
The reconstruction project of the utility systems in the tourist and recreation cluster Abrau – Utrish provides for the upgrading of the wastewater systems from Bolshie Khutora up to Abrau Durso, the storm sewers, and the treatment facilities.
