Milk Is Never Too Much

Krasnodar, 2 October. The production of goat milk products in Adyghea has reportedly broken new ground. 

As part of the formation of a unique cluster in the domain of goat dairy breeding, Agroholding Mirny LLC has launched a milk processing plant. Last week, Acting Prime Minister of Adyghea Gennadi Mitrofanov visited the facility. He inspected the production department and the equipment installed there, and was introduced to the assortment which consists of 15 products, including yoghurts, cheese, cottage cheese, kefir, butter and other fermented dairy products released under the Beloe Zoloto (White Gold) brand. 

The aspects of implementation of a large-scale investment project were discussed at a meeting held in the Republican House of Government. The issues discussed were the implementation of the second stage of the project scheduled for 2020–2021, which provides for the construction of two dairy production facilities with a 3,000 head milking herd each, and launch of goat milk-based infant food production facilities. 

The shift capacity of the new milk processing plant is 12 tons, and the annual production may reach 6,000 tons.
