Employees of the Kuban welfare institutions will reportedly receive extra payments for the special labour conditions during the pandemic. The payments are due to the employees of senior citizens’ homes and care homes who had for at least two weeks lived in the respective home closed for quarantine, to minimise the risk of infection of the lodgers, the press service of the regional administration stated. There are five such organisations in the region. The money has been sent by the federal budget and will be paid for the work period starting from April 15 and finishing on July 15, 2020. The authorities explained that the payments will become due if a working shift lasted for at least 14 days. In that case, the allowance for the physicians will be 40,000 roubles; but if cases of coronavirus infection were registered in the institution, then the employee will get 60,000 roubles per shift.
The welfare workers, teachers and medical nurses will get 25,000 roubles per shift additionally to their normal salary. If they tended a coronavirus patient, the allowance will be 35,000 roubles. The sick attendants will get 15,000 roubles, or 25,000 roubles – if they tended the infected patients. The assistance personnel will receive 10,000 or 15,000 roubles, respectively.
