Krasnodar, 22 October – Yug Times. The long-delayed construction projects in Sochi are to be completed with the support of the regional offplan property development fund.
A recent session of the interdepartmental commission on flat co-owners’ rights protection chaired by the vice governor Andrei Alekseyenko was devoted to discussion of the issues of completion and commissioning of long-delayed construction projects. Speaking at the session, Mr. Alekseyenko noted that the completion of construction wit the help of the regional fund looks the most efficient, comprehensible and actively realisable way to deal with the problem.
Owing to the regional development fund, the problems of more than 750 families can be settled. Such projects as Jamaica in Mamaika neighbourhood, and Absolut in downtown Sochi may be completed soon. For the Kurortny housing community, a new investor has been found with the help of the regional administration - Alpika Group Company.
