Krasnodar, 26 September – Yug Times. 13 more sites are expected to be terminated by the end of this year. That is what declared by first deputy governor Andrey Alekseenko at the encounter between the Territory’s governor, Veniamin Kondratiev, and the frauded shareholders.
He said that this year 29 “problem” constructions have already been completed. That is 35 houses for the total surface of 555 thousand square meters. This way, after a long waiting, 8,4 thousand acquirents finally received their own apartment. Between the accomplished works are: Krasnodar’s Apartments Complexes “Fregate”, “Fenix”, “Krasnodar” and many more.
– Before the end of this year,it has been planned to have 13 overdue constructions completed. That would be 8 sites in Krasnodar, including Apartments “Italiya”, two more in Anapa, and one site each in the Belorechensk, Yeisk and Tuapse districts – First deputy governor said.
As pointed out by Veniamin Kondratiev, the administration is working everyday with particular promptitude to solve the problem of overdue constructions, in close contact with the regional prosecutor’s office.
