Krasnodar, 2 July – Yug Times. Head of Adyghea Murat Kumpilov has reportedly taken part in a recent session of the State Council of the Russian Federation chaired by President Vladimir Putin.
The session was dedicated to the fulfilment of national projects aimed at development of road infrastructure. Commenting its results, Mr. Kumpilov stressed the importance of fulfilment of the tasks aimed at perfection of the motor roads in Adyghea.
“A serious attention is paid to the development of the regional transport infrastructure in Adyghea,” he noted. “The amount of money from the Road Fund allocated for the reconstruction and capital repairs of the motor roads grows every year. With the support of the federal authorities, the region fulfils a number of largescale road projects that are part of southern Russia’s arterial traffic network.
According to him, over 3.3 billion roubles are to be spent for the national project, Safe and High Quality Motor Roads, in Adyghea until 2024, of which 463.4 million roubles will be spent this year.
