Krasnodar, 5 April – Yug Times. Last week, Kuban Governor Veniamin Kondratiev visited Muzykalny residential neighbourhood, the most problematic part of the city.
Together with First Deputy Governor Andrei Alekseyenko and City Mayor Yevgeni Pervyshov, Mr. Kondratiev inspected the neighnourhood that needs complex development.
First of all, he drew attention to the lack of transport logistics, thoroughfares, communications and rainwater sewages. He also talked to local dwellers who complained about narrow streets, shortage of courtyards and walking areas.
Mr. Kondratiev stated that local dwellers survive rather than live in this residential area. “We must roll up our sleeves and get down to making this part of Krasnodar comfortable and up-to-date,” he said. Mr. Kondratiev also ordered to develop public zones and parks in the neighbourhood.
