Krasnodar, 27 February – Yug Times. On March 13-17, the skiing resort of Rosa Khutor in Sochi will be hosting the Boogel Woogel alpine carnival. Its program includes contests in a dozen unusual sports, like standup-show, dancing battles, and the Miss Boogel Woogel beauty contest. The evenings will be devoted to prizegiving ceremonies, concerts and various amusements.
The main activities are scheduled for 15 and 16 March: a mass downhill skiing in carnival costumes, and the following day - in bathing suits. The organisers are planning to set a new Guinness record. To do it, at least 1,108 riders must go downhill on skis or snowboards, wearing bathing suits, socks, spectacles and shoes.
