Krasnodar, 6 November – Yug Times. The project of development of the Krasnodar city agglomeration has reportedly been announced the best in the Southern Federal District.
The project was presented last week in Rostov-on-Don in the framework of the southern Russian program of occupational retraining of managers, “Management workmanship: development of regional teams - 2018.”
“The potential of the [Krasnodar city] agglomeration allows it to become the engine for economic development of the entire region,” Kuban Vice Governor was quoted, commenting on the news. “We have analysed the acutest problems hampering the accelerated development of the Krasnodar agglomeration, and proposed the ways to resolve them.”
A single information platform is planned to be developed and introduced for the investor. The platform entitled Single Rule for One Area is meant to synchronise the legislation as regards granting privileges and conditions for connection to power resources, and uniform approaches to the assignment and introduction of the fees for land parcels.
