Krasnodar, 30 October – Yug Times. The Consulate General of the Republic of Turkey in Novorossiysk has celebrated the Day of Republic, one of Turkey’s main national holidays.
Sergei Altukhov, Deputy Chairman of the regional Legislative Assembly, came to the Consulate to greet Consul General Yunus Emre Öziğci and all people of Turkey. He read the welcoming address signed by Legislative Assembly Chairman Yuri Burlachko. “Our cooperation develops successfully and becomes stronger,” the address states. “The Turkish business sector actively invests in the development of the agricultural complex and construction sector in the Kuban region. And Russian tourists willingly develop the tourism in Turkey. We will do our utmost to further develop this cooperation.”
The reception was attended by Greek Consul General in Novorossiysk Stylianos Gavriil, Director of the Representative Office of the Russian Foreign Affairs Ministry in Krasnodar Sergei Skorodumov, officials from Krasnodar and Novorossiysk, the Chamber of Trade and Industry, Novorossiysk Rotary Club, the port of Novorossiysk, and Turkish businessmen and other honorary guests.
The reception was held in warm and friendly atmosphere.
