Krasnodar, 11 October – Yug Times. The Krasnodar city authorities are reportedly planning to demolish the unauthorised billboards and to seek to fine their owners.
In September 2018, 21 3 x 6 m billboards were demolished in Krasnodar. Mayor Yevgeni Pervyshov was quoted as saying that the city authorities will be seeking sanctions for unlawful entrepreneurship for thir owners. “In Krasnodar, there is a detailed directory of arrangement of all types of advertisement constructions, and the unauthorised constructions must be revealed and demolished,” he said.
Owners of illegal advertising surfaces are, as a rule, physical persons or private entrepreneurs.
