Krasnodar, 19 September – Yug Times. The Krasnodar regional administration has assured that they will in time fulfil their obligations on the program “Formation of comfortable urban environment”. President’s Plenipotentiary in the Southern Federal District Vladimir Ustinov was quoted as saying that a number of Russian regions cannot adhere to the timescale, thereby delaying concluding of contracts.
In his turn, Kuban Governor Veniamin Kondratiev stressed that competitive procedures in some Kuban municipalities lasted more than they should, so that the dates of conclusion of municipal contracts had to be postponed. At the same time, currently the Krasnodar region is able to timely fulfil all its contractual obligations.
