Krasnodar, 19 September – Yug Times. Russian and German Foreign Ministries have reportedly noted the successful long-term cooperation between Krasnodar and Karlsruhe.
The honorary diplomas given to Mayor Yevgeni Pervyshov of Krasnodar and Chief Burgomaster Dr. Frank Mentrup of Karlsruhe acknowledged the big work performed by the authorities of the two cities to develop the regional and municipal cooperation between Russia and Germany.
“The fact that we have been praised at the level of Russian and German Foreign Ministries is a big event for Krasnodar,” Mr. Pervyshov stressed.
The program of the Year of Russian-German regional and municipal partnerships included a contest of joint ideas. The competent jury singled out a medical project that ultimately found itself on the list of best joint ideas implemented by Russian and German municipalities.
