Krasnodar, 17 August – Yug Times An area of 17.2 hectares located in Muzykalny residential neighbourhood in Krasnodar will reportedly be transferred back to municipal property.
The Krasnodar Regional Court cancelled the ownership right of a group of private persons for 13 land plots on Moskovskaya and Metalnikov streets. These plots are to be reclaimed from their new owner, Katalina Park Ltd. The Legal Department of the City Administration informed that upon checking the legal substantiations for the initial appearance of the ownership right it was clarified that there was a road there built before the time when the land was transferred into private ownership, so that lawfully it should not have been transferred.
“We are using all legal opportunities to return the lands the city requires for the construction of infrastructural and social facilities and new green zones, into the municipal ownership,” Mayor Yevgeni Pervyshov said. “We have already had such experience: the alley named in honour of the 80th anniversary of the Krasnodar region, and plots around Karasun Lakes [have been returned into municipal property].”
