The Indever brand that has come to Krasnodar from some out-of-the-way place in Russia is forming an individual style for the businessmen who know what’s what in high-quality clothes. It is often said that only Italian tailors can make man’s suits to order. But it appears that it’s possible to challenge them.
“At first, we planned our project as a complement to our main business,” Konstantin Yefimov explains. Yefimov himself and his partners wore suits, which was why they knew the market. That was the beginning of their tailoring. They decided to start with regions. It was easier because Yefimov’s partners had come from Siberian Tyumen, and because the amount of investments required to start a business is much lower in province than in Moscow: one would pay 1 million roubles a month for a studio in Moscow City, while in Tyumen the price for a studio that is three times bigger would be ten times less. Besides, in province one can call his or her acquaintances and invite them to their studio - in Moscow, you won’t be able to do so. Personal advice also works better in province.After the tailoring, it was footwear’s turn. Konstantin Yefimov is confident that the main factor for any business is to maintain the quality. As soon as you would start doing your work carelessly, the knowing customers would see it and go away from you.
Indever wants to implement the same principle in other market segments. “We would like to expand our product line,” Yefimov says.
