Sometimes it is reflected in the cessation of business activities, and sometimes - in company merges. As regards the prediction that there would be a general exodus, I can see its scale not as significant as it was seen some six or twelve months ago.
“The systemic developers that work in partnership with the authorities themselves lobbied the law. For them, to be left without the flat owners’ money is an annoying but not a lethal factor; they will continue working owing to their own resources. As for the other players that were extremely dissatisfied with the novelties, they have stopped panicking too.
