Krasnodar, 1 March – Yug Times. Leontiev Centre, a company from St. Petersburg, has reportedly won the contest on research and elaboration of the development strategy for Novorossiysk until the year 2030.
The price offered by Leontiev Centre was 9.9 million rouble.
The other challenger, Energy Management Association Ltd., reportedly asked 7.7 million roubles for their services.
Leontiev Centre has become widely known in the Krasnodar region as the developer of the regional strategy of socio-economic advancement until the year 2030. The announced cost of the project was 50 million roubles.
