Krasnodar, 22 February – Yug Times. Adyghea and the UAE have agreed upon exports of Adyghe cheese. The first lot of the signature product will be shipped this year.
Adyghe cheese is also exported to Germany. Since 2012, the Krasnogvardeisky Dairy Factory has been exporting cheese to that country. The order for 2018 is 100 tons of cheese.
The regional authorities state that expansion of the export market is a good incentive to steady raising of the rates of production in the dairy industry.
